Abstract Art is the leading style used in home and office decor. Here is a great description of Abstract art: “art that does not attempt to represent external reality, but seeks to achieve its effect using shapes, forms, colors, and textures”.

Abstract Art is manipulated color with no identifiable image. It leaves the entire piece to the imagination of the viewer. Contemporary Art takes known images and puts them into a new perspective. It must also have been created in this century. Transitional Art exaggerates known subjects by using sweeping strokes and bold colors. The images are large so a large piece may only contain a single tree or barn.
